You are looking at a 1962 Chevrolet Impala that has stood the test of time. This car still has all of its original sheet metal. The trunk, floor boards and frame are in perfect condition. I had the car painted less than two years ago and it still shines like the day it was painted. The car still maintains its original numbers matching 283 with the two speed powerglide transmission. This car does not have to be babied along to get started, just turn the key and it is running. I have drove the car for the past month as a daily driver and have placed over twenty three hundred miles on it without any trouble. You can not take this car out without attracting a great deal of attention and receiving much praise. This car runs and looks great. It does have a couple minor ticks, one of them being that the chrome wheels are starting to show some surface rust and a new set would truly inhance the cars complexion. The other being that the car tends to pull to the left when applying the breaks, nothing that a good break adjustment would not correct. The car remains true when going down the highway, if you take your hands off of the wheel, the car continues in a straight line. I am going to hate to see this one go but like most married men, the wife is the boss and she tells me that if I want a Harley, one of my cars has to go. So I have parked the car and here I sit typing an add to sell it. The interior of the car is in fairly good shape, especially for a 62. The car is located in Waco Texas and the buyer will be responsable for delivery once the car is sold.
