I'm not familiar with these cars so please excuse me while I do the best I can. My father loved tinkering with classics and had 3 Jags with a lot of parts, books and manuals. Most of the parts look new and many are un-opened. There appear to be duplicate parts as well as parts to replace parts which I don't think need to be replaced or have already been replaced. The power train and body appear to be in good condition. This car needs repainted and the interior put in. I have only driven this car to the car wash and it ran fine. What doesn't work? I don't know. I played with some of the controls like radio, lights and blinkers and they worked. I highly recommend that you inspect this car before purchasing.
