Vehicle Detail

This is a Bronco Wagon converted to the very popular Roadster, with all the power you would expect from a Hi-Performance 289, and one that was given a professional restoration. Meaning the body and all suspention parts were removed from the frame. Each part inspected, rebuilt or bought new, painted and reinstalled. I have had Broncos all my life, nice Broncos, and this is the best driver I have had. Besides looking like new she drives like new. Without one creak or rattle. Straight down the road and comfortable, not stiff. Only 76743 original miles. With the low miles, add restoration to this truck and you have a Bronco that is awesum. Except for the fender flares, double shocks and power steering, it is Original! I wish you were all able to drive it before bidding to understand how unique and very special this low mileage Bronco is. It was not road hard and put away wet. The low miles and unused four wheel drive unit is smooth and quiet. This is a real buy and someone will have the smarts to take advantage of it. I do not think I will ever have one like this again. Finances force this sale. The Engine was Rebuilt by Davis Machine Shop in Salem Oregon. All of the running gear including the front and rear end were removed inspected, rebuilt, stripped, painted and reinstalled. We did the same to the body, most everything was removed, Rebuilt, Media blasted primed and painted. Rhinolined the underside of the Tub and inner fenders. New rubber and weatherstripping throughout. These are just the main items. Miticulous attention to all of the other parts held our attention also. The amount of money that went into this truck at the time did not matter too much as I was building it for myself and like most Bronco restorers I wanted the best. We used Gloss Black Imron on the complete underside. To keep the rust away. The engine bay and fenders were painted with Semi gloss Imron. Clean up will be easy at the car wash after playing. UP FOR AUCTION IS A 1968 FORD BRONCO ROADSTER CONVERTIBLE. THIS BRONCO HAS THE ROADSTER DOORS, FIBERGLASSED IN INSERTS AND FRONT FOLDING WINDSHIELD. I have a paper from the original owner, stating the miles of 76,742 . Most all Broncos have at least 200,000 TO 300,000 miles or more on them before they are restored. The welds get loose and no matter what you bolt onto it, it feels old and used with good looking new parts. It is not the same. There is a big difference in a vehicle that only has 77 thousand miles as they are just broke in and running good. Add a restoration with these low miles and you have a fantastic driver! The ride, feel, and performance is still like new. The Transfer Case was opened inspected and found to be in very good condition. New seals and gaskets were installed. New Front End, Rear End Axels. New Interior, Wheels and Tires, Brakes, suspension, New Power Steering ,New Imron Paint, replacing what ever it needed. The body is Very Straight, No Dents no rust,Beautiful Paint. Very Nice New Upholstery, Beautiful Dash. She is very quick, responsive and stable. It was garaged it's whole life and not driven for the last 20 years. In the last 5 years I have put only 541 miles on and that was to break everything in and work out the wrinkles of a new restoration. The 289 engine has a RV Cam and bored .030 over. It was delivered to a dealership in Seatle Washington. There are a lot of things I could have added to this build and have done so in the past to other Broncos, but doing so changes it's driving performance so much. They are never the same. There are very few that drive like this one and I didn't want to change that. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a email through " Contact Seller " Or give me a call on my cell phone.
