Barn Find. I just got it moving under its own power today (5/28). It runs really well and makes good power. I was told the engine could be a 40HP from a 63 model but I'll need help verifying that. This is a late 55 Model with some rare 1 year only features. New parts include, dist cap, rotor, condenser, coil, wires, plugs, oil and fresh gas. Will need further brake work done to drive on the street, there are none right now. It also needs a windshield. I drove it today and it shifted well (got into 3rd gear on my driveway!), clutch feels ok. Trans is good. Body is fair-good, pans/rockers fair, steering feels tight/good. With a bit more work (brakes, lights, tires) it could be road worthy and driven. It is certainly a good resto candidate as it is. I don't have a jack or tools or books/records. The interior appears to be complete but needs help (you would too if you sat in a barn for 30 years!) Please don't buy this and chop/drop it....!
