2001 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible We offer our online customers a full guarantee on the purchase of any of our vehicles. If you come here to inspect this vehicle and then decide for any reason that you don’t want it, we will cancel your purchase agreement. The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. For the past seventeen years, we have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA, primarily in the automobile wholesale business selling to other dealerships. We are located at 5011 Torresdale Avenue and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. This 9-3 is equipped with Heated Leather Seats, the Onstar System, CD/Cass Stereo, and lots of other features. All of the equipment in this car appears to be working. The Vehicle History Report is clean without any accident history. This car has some damage. 1) The canvas top was cut by vandals. There is a local auto trim shop in our area that can install a new canvas top for $700. 2) The engine has some motor noise. It sounds like heavy valve noise, but could be in the bottom end. This car was driven in to our place, and it ran fine other than the noise. The transmission shifts well. I don’t know what the problem is and perhaps this car could be driven home, but I recommend towing it or having it transported. There are a few shipping companies listed near the bottom of the auction page. Once these two issues are addressed, this 9-3 should make a really nice vehicle for someone. The exterior of this Saab looks excellent with nothing other than some very minor blemishes. The interior of this Saab is also clean and in great shape. Everything in this car is working. We checked all of the power options including the windows, door locks, mirrors, seat, convertible top and seat heaters. The stereo sounds great. The heat and A/C are working very well. The digital information displays are all reading properly without any missing pixels. We accept Paypal for the deposit only, and you must request a Paypal invoice from us to properly credit your account. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Bank Money Order, Certified check, Finance Company Loan Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles. PICK-UP: We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these stations, so please inquire if interested. We are open from 9AM to 5PM weekdays only, and are closed on weekends. However, for those wishing to pickup vehicles on a Saturday morning, we may be able to arrange that for an additional fee of $50. Please check with us for availability before making plans. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and FedEx or expedited courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. The title is immediately available to the buyer upon full certified payment, and if certified payment is confirmed by your bank. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after payments are confirmed. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a secured facility. Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. We can sometimes allow a few extra days for pickup if needed, depending on the type of vehicle. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
