I do not know if these bikes have titles or not but this one does not. However, I will write the winning bidder a bill of sale. The last time I listed this bike, the winning bidder turned out to be a prankster who never had any intentions of paying for, or picking up the bike. This bike has a 110cc four-cycle engine with a manual clutch & four-speed transmission. Unlike the cheaper pocket rockets, this one has an electric starter as well as a kick starter. It also has an ignition switch with key,a quartz headlight, a 70 mph speedometer, a battery-level gauge, digital LCD gear selection read out for day or night viewing, a loud horn, warning lights, shocks front & rear, & hydrolic disc brakes front & rear. Mileage on this bike is unknown because although it does have a good-working speedometer, they do not come with an odometer for recording mileage.I had to put in some number under mileage (0), else listing would not go through. It is missing the lower fairing, the seat is torn (pictured), & being a used bike, it naturally has minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches & paint chips here & there. Overall, it still looks pretty nice & everything works just as it should. There are no problems with the engine, clutch, transmission, or anything else. The tires are good & it has a fresh oil change & brand new battery. This bike is rated at 14 horse power with a factory-claimed top speed of 60 to 65 mph & 395 pound load capacity. This is what I would consider to be the top of the line in pocket rockets with it's bigger engine & all the aforementioned extras that most do not have.
