Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1966 Dodge Coronet 2 door post car. Original California car that came from the factory as a 318/3spd on the column with factory A/C. Currently, there is no motor or trans in the car, but a 1966 440 long block and 727 automatic trans are inlcuded, both in need of rebuilding and currently out of car. The car is missing some of the A/C equipment. I have the factory a/c cluster and vents, but the vent hoses are missing. Also, one of the sliders on the a/c control is broken. Included in the sale is a non a/c cluster, just incase you would like to ditch the a/c. It is missing the defroster vents and hoses and a fresh air vent under the dash, all of which will fit from any 66-70 cars. All glass is in good condition, with a new front windshield included. The body is in good condition with no major damage. The only damage would be to the top half of the passenger side 1/4 panel. It appears to be an easy fix for an experienced body man. The floor pan was replaced by the previous owner with reproduction 3/4 length floor pans. The job was not up to the standards that I had planned for the car, so I purchased a Goodmark full one piece floor pan with rear footwell extensions. The floor pan has not been installed yet, but the old one is still in the car. The trunk of the car is solid with minimal to no rust. Underneath the car is clean as well. The car is original blue on blue. The grill on the car is in bad shape and incomplete. I have a very nice one i had purchased for the car that will sale for an EXTRA price. Just to reiterate, THE NICE GRILL I HAVE IS NOT INCLUDED. All molding are present and in good shape, except the front hood moldings has a few dents, but can probably be worked out by a good shop. Tailights have some pitting and lenses are cracked. Emblems are present minus the front "DODGE" letters on the hood. The title is no op and currently still in the previous owners name. I never got it put in my name due to the fact is was already non op and I had no plans of getting in running anytime soon. It still has the original black plates on the car and they are in solid condition. Bumpers aren't in the best shape, but could be used for cores. I've tried to include everything and be as honest as possible. If you have any questions or picture requests, feel free to contact me. ONCE YOU BID, IT"S YOURS. NO RETURNS OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT. If you would like to talk over the phone you can reach me @ (209) 204-7655. I can deliver the car within a reasonable distance for extra money. I have a 24' enclosed car trailer it would be delivered in. FORGOT TO MENTION, I HAVE A FULL SET OF NOS LOCKS THAT WILL GO WITH CAR. NEW UPDATE ON TITLE SITUATION. The car was issued synthetic plate numbers by the dmv, so getting the title taken care of it not a big deal. I have the title and it is signed by the former owner and the back is blank for the new owner to fill out.
