1965 Chevrolet C-10 We bought this truck from a local credit union. The previous owner had passed away. From the title the previous owner has had the truck since 1979. I believe it has been restored in the last few years. Mileage is from the odometer I do not know if it is accurate. Body and Paint : The body is very solid and the paint is slick and shiny. The doors and hood all fit and open and close nicely. Glass is good. The windshield has a windshield wiper wear mark on the drivers side. Engine and drivetrain : The engine runs very good. Starts easy and runs smooth. I do not know if it has been gone thru when the restoration was done. The Block code is 3921968 the intake code is 3859381 I do not know if it is the original engine. The two speed automatic transmission shifts smooth and feels solid. No power steering or power brakes. Drum brakes all the way around. Interior : Interior is very nice. Seat looks and feels good. Dash in good shape with newer radio. Steering wheel is in good condition. Overall the cab is very nice. Truck Bed : The truck bed is finished out nicely with white paint, wood and metal stripping (see pics and video). Tailgate opens and closes good. It does appear that the bed has a slight tilt to it ( see rear pic). I am the same age and I have a slight tilt to me. It also comes with a custom bed cover. Frame and underside : The underside is in very good condition. The frame is very solid. There is a section that has been repaired ( see video). Wheels and Tires : Original style wheels 6 lug. The lug diameter is pretty common if you wanted to put a chrome or aftermarket wheel on it. Tires are like new. Overall this is a very nice looking, running and driving original style truck.
