Brilliant Silver over Black leather upholstery. The interior looks excellent, no signs of wear on the leather and is a one owner car in showroom condition. Vehicle was garaged in winter months and not driven in snow or ice conditions. Exterior is in excellent condition. The TT roadster offers a usable—albeit small—trunk, excellent legroom for both driver and passenger and plenty of headroom. The dash design is pure automotive art, stunning in its intricate detail and continuity. The sculpted sport seats are very comfortable and the steering wheel is appropriately thick for a comfortable grip. You will likely find yourself sitting low in the TT, which helps foster a feeling of security. Thoughtful touches such as heated seats and a terrific bi-level ventilation system allow comfortable driving even in the coolest or hottest climate. Once past 1500 rpm, the little 1.8-liter turbo pulls hard and briskly moves the TT right into the fun zone. An unexpected benefit of this engine is the surprisingly excellent gas mileage it returns; close to 30 mpg on the highway. The rear spoiler has not been installed on this vehicle. AS IS - NO WARRANTY Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold “as is” and where is with all faults and possible defects. Seller is the first and only owner of this vehicle and therefore confirms the history, condition, reliability, mileage, title, salvage/history of salvage, function or performance of the vehicle as stated in this document. You are only buying what I have. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Seller will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require advance notice. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact seller within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. Seller requires a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal (account information disclosed upon auction close). In the alternative, you can make your deposit via wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, seller reserves the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within seven days of making the deposit. You must fax seller your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, seller will accept a certified bank check, wire transfer, or cash. Seller will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle and title immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in seller's account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait ten (10) business days until the funds clear. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full (subject to above holding periods), seller will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at ten ($10) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, seller shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of one thousand dollars. Sales Tax & Other Fees: Buyers responsible for any taxes and licensing fees. Depending on the jurisdiction of your residence, the vehicle may be subject to a sales tax, also the buyer's responsibility. Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin and litigated in Milwaukee county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail. Miscellaneous: Seller reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at seller's discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, seller shall not be held liable for such cancellations.
