Even as she turns 100K miles, this is still a dependable and fun hardtop/convertible SLK Mercedes for a bargain price. Compare the other Mercedes ads and see what you can find for $8000.. This has been my daily driver for the last 2 1/2 years and it's still in nice shape. It's not perfect but it still looks good. Paint is bright and shines, tires still good, needs nothing but a new home. The hardtop/convertible works flawlessly and tucks the top away in the trunk at the flip of a switch. This car is fun to drive and gets lots of looks especially with the top down.. Since it has a 4 cylinder engine, it can get great fuel effeciency at about 28 mpg, but still has the power of a V8 when you need it if you kick in the superchgarger. It runs great. It has a few minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with it's age including some discoloration of the black surface on the console and a cracked left driver's mirror which I have pictured. This is still an excellent car and will run for many more miles with lots of smiles. It has never been in an accident to my personal knowledge and has no signs of repair or any problems over the 2 years I have driven it. I don't know anything about the accident listed in the History Report. If it was real it must have been very minor and does not affect the looks or performance of the car. At the price I'm selling it, this car is a real bargain. If you want a nice 2 seat Mercedes, I think you'll be happy with it. Car can be seen in Sanford Fl north of Orlando.
