This car is advertised and may sale locally; I reserve the right to end the auction early. The car is sold as-is, where is, with no warranty, expressed or implied. The Seller shall not be responsible for defects (this is a PROJECT car) and makes no warranty of any kind. Seller assumes no responsibility for repairs. Buyer is responsible for inspection to the satisfaction of the Buyer. All inspections must be made before bidding and end of auction. SHIPPING Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping. All shipping charges are Buyer's responsibility. We will assist in delivery or pick up by Buyer's Carrier as a courtesy if requested, but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicle will be between you (Buyer) and the Carrier you arrange. DEPOSIT The winning bidder must make contact within 24 hours of auction end. $500 deposit is due within 48 hours after end of auction. The deposit is non-refundable if Buyer backs out of sale for any reason. Deposit may be paid via certified cashier check, wire transfer (on US bank), Pay Pal, or cash in person. I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, or sell through any means I desire if final payment of balance is not paid within 7 calendar days after auction end. Buyer is responsible for all State, County, City, or local taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the State that the vehicle will be registered. This auction is a legal binding contract between Seller and Buyer. If Buyer fails to finalize the contract, a complaint will be filed with eBay and negative feedback posted.
