Up for auction, fresh out of the hills of Tennesse, a 1947 Willys CJ2A Jeep. Completely original and runs perfect! The 4wheel drive also works perfectly. Had it completely sandblasted and repainted. NO RUST on it. I have a clear title in my hand. Specs: Serial number: 116989 Mileage: 88,665 Jeep 4-cyl L-head engine - horsepower 63@4000 rpm Warner T-90 Manual 3 spd transmission Engine Serial Number: J121660 Spicer 25 front axle - 5.38 gears Spicer 41-2 rear axle - 5.38 gears I will list what was done to this Willys: Motor: New fuel pump New fuel filter New fuel tank New spark plugs New front disc brakes - replaced the old style drum with disc. Body: Sandblasted entire chassis and running gear. Complete new paint job (Exterior, Axles, Rims, Chassis, Running gear). Bled brakes with new brake fluid - no leaks and work perfectly. Issues or things needing to be fixed: Needs finished: Needs a horn. Needs to have brake light pressure switch replaced. Needs to have the wiper motors hooked up. Needs turn signals installed. The inside of the front fender wells each have a rust hole (small), and the toolbox floor was redone with fiberglass and should be done with metal. This 1947 Willys CJ2A Jeep is sold as is.
