Vehicle Detail

This is a very rare car. Only 1667 of them were sold. Please check www.allpar.co/model/daytona.html to verify this claim. 1992 and 1993 were the only years that Dodge had the IROC endorsement. I have never seen another one on the road. I have owned the car for 8 years and bought it with 42,000 miles and the fender, hood, and front skirt dented. I had a body shop replace and paint them with parts from a blue 1992 Daytona that wasn't an IROC, but had the same exact engine and design. The accident blew the front airbag, and I didn't replace it. The power window strip has broken on the driver's side. I found the strip for $10.00. There have been a few minor electrical problems with the car. The odometer stopped working at 103,000 miles. I have not driven it much since then (about 10 months ago) I estimate that I drove it around 7000 more miles, but I really think it is less than that. The speedometer doesn't work sometimes and sometimes does. After research, I found that other owners had experienced minor electrical problems. The paint is a little faded on top and on the rear spoiler. It also has places on the front skirt that are chipped from road debris. The front driver seat has a small tear from getting in and out. It has new tires, battery, fuel pump, head gaskets, radiator and thermostat. This could be a show car with a fresh paint job and all the chrome enhancements on the engine. I bought a new vehicle in August 2008 and haven't driven it since. I didn't even renew the tags that expired in Jan. That is as honest as I can be about the vehicle. I just know that it runs drives and looks great. It is very fast and will put your head in the backseat. It has ice --cold air. I really would like to store it, as it will be a collector's item soon, but I just don't have room for it and recently bought a 2010 Camaro.
