I bought this truck off the original owner , he was in his mid 90's and presented me the original title dated june of 1986. The truck has air that works , cruise that works , premium sound system to name a few options. The motor is a 305 4 bbl with 3 speed auto. The truck needs painted , its been touched up over the years but not from rust , the paint on these truck fell off and many were painted under warranty. My father inlaw had a 1981 and a 1986 , both were light blue and both were repainted with in a few years , just the way they were. The milage is correct and when you drive it a block you will smile and know that its right. I replaced the front rubber brake lines and the radiator , the old radiator was just rotten with age and I put in a aluminum heavy duty one. I would see why you could not fly in and drive this truck home. The exhaust is good with the exception of the short pipe between the converter and muffler, it needs replaced . The interior is intact but the dash is cracked of course and there are a couple of burn holes in the seat. I thought about dolling this truck up but I think it will sell itself by just being able to see it in its natural state. There is no rust under this truck at all , look at the pictures of the bed it tells it all. The only body damage I have found is a scrape on the passenger bed side , please note pictures .
