this is a full size B2500 dodge van with trailer hitch. it has power windows, power locks w/remote entry (1 key fob), cruise control that works!, tilt steering wheel. fully caged at front with locking tool box in rear (have about 5 keys for the lock box) the van does not have a power front seat. the A/C blows cold. the temp control switch is missing (this is florida it is on max all the time anyway) i replaced the resistor for the fan switch. so it works on all speeds. overall the van is in good condition, there are scratches all around the vehicle where someone attempted to remove pinstripes at the crease line and the hood was repainted poorly. you notice it right at the hood but standing back it looks fine. the interior front is in great shape, the seats are worthy of a living room very comfy. there are no tears or cracks and they are soft, this must have been an option because i have never sat in cargo van seats like these. the passenger side door cover and handle is torn and baggy (see photo) the headliner was removed. the foam board is still there but the cloth cover is gone and i havent gotten around to finding some cloth and spray glue. the original stereo was removed and the dash trim was cut. there is a am/fm receiver with usb port, mp3 port and SD card port hooked up to the 4 factory speakers, additionally an in dash used emerson 7" lcd pop out hooked to a camera in the back. the camera is a converted security camera with serious night vision. so you can see behind you clear as a bell for about 30' in pitch black dark. it is great for backing up at night or day for trailers etc. the only problem is the mirror image doesnt work. the camera shows the actual image. i am sure if someone wanted to pull this out they could find a new trim piece at one of the million online used car parts companies. the interior back has the usual scratches and dents from use. the doors all close weather tight and seal well for limited road noise. the van originally belonged to some glass company so there is that black glass adhesive dripped here and there. on the roof at the drip line there is the typical dodge rust but at this time the interior is weather tight! this van needs tires for sure but as the heading states if you use the buy it now i will take it down to the local sams club and have 4 brand new radial truck tires installed. it also needs brakes but that will be done this week no matter what. just need to find the time to drop it off at the local just brakes shop. i bought this vehicle and it wasnt running right. turns out the wrong computer was in it. so i had a rebuilt computer installed that has a warranty. i also installed an new governor pressure sensor and solenoid and tranny filter. so that is not to be worried about any longer, i installed new plug wires and a new serpentine belt, the new resistor i mentioned, new air filter and just did another oil change. i am sure i am missing something as i try to cover everything. also i am waiting on two new front bumper brackets from rock auto. NO THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT just my stupidity. as i mentioned when i bought the vehicle it wasnt running so instead of just paying a tow truck the 125 dollars i bought a tow bracket from harbor freight for 60. took the front bumper off the van and bolted the tow bracket to the cheasy 16 ga bumper brackets and away we went. except when i turned right the van didnt turn it just bent the brackets. i bolted the bumper back on and it works fine it just is bent down on one side. i want to replace them for the new owner but beyond that it was just cheap sheetmetal that got bent. the van runs and drives great, i pull trailers around no problem. it has the 318 v8 gas engine. the check engine light came on the other day and i havent had a chance to look into it yet but i cannot detect any changes in operation so i figure it is minor. the dodge van does have tilt wheel which is nice but the harness connection to the wheel is of poor design and if you rock the wheel back and forth a million times it will unplug itself. so i have the wheel set and i leave it. this seems to be a problem with most dodge vans and it is easy to plug back in but it happens. i believe i have remembered everything and disclosed all the problems(cosmetic/tires) so this vehicle is being sold as-is where-is no warranties etc etc etc. i have tried to maintain the vehicle and repair all the things that break when they need repair. oh the tranny is a 4sp od tranny and it shifts smooth and works great with the new sensor and solenoid and filter and all new fluid. remember this truck is getting new brakes this week as well and if you use the buy it now price i will install 4 brand new tires at sams club before it delivers. i have no problem meeting someone to show the vehicle for inspection but i am busy as we all are so please no tire kickers no low ball offers and lets just not waste anyones time. vehicle is for sale locally so i reserve the right to end auction early. this is a great van with some options that has been maintained and is ready for its next assignment buyer to pay $500 deposit via paypal within 24 hours end of auction. buyer responsible for all shipping costs etc. cash or paypal only, title in hand ready to transfer remember brand new tires with buy it now
