1988 Honda Magna

1988 Honda V-45 Super Magna Beautiful, Unmolested, Original condition If you are looking at this ad then you most likely know the "Super Magna"V-45. This bike was only made 2 years, 1987-1988 with only 3,300 or so produced in 1988. This bike has a cult following at www.supermagna.com . This is an '88 vintage (750cc) with 26k on the odometer. I have owned this awesome bike about 3 years. I purchased it in Rhode Island from the 2nd owner who put on the majority of the miles. It runs flawless, starts easy, shifts fine (no 2nd gear issues) . Both tires are in very good shape with plenty of mileage left. No rust, Chrome shines very nicely, looks fantastic for a 23 year old bike. Everything works. It also has a Hondaline engine crash bar with pegs, National Cycle windshield, Hondaline backrest & rack. I also have the OEM seat strap (not on the bike). It also comes with the original tool kit and owners manual. This bike is all original with NO modifications,NO drilled pipes, NO recovered seats or such. I would be keeping this if I had enough time to ride 2 bikes, however I just purchased a large cruiser and don't want this to just sit. I hope to find a home that will take care of this classic the way she deserves. It is truly a great find. The battery was replaced last year with an AGM battery and maintained on a Tender all winter. Oil changed regularly with Spectro semi-synthetic. No paint fading and bike shows very well , an 8.5-9 out of 10. Clear title in hand.You will be hard pressed to be dissapointed, however it is a 23 year old bike and is being sold as is. No warranties.
