1978 Porsche 924 I bought this car over the winter as a spring / summer project and haven't the time to do it now. Car starts and runs nicely, tranny shifts nicely, body has rust on left fender just behind the wheel and low, can be easily fixed with a patch panel. One issue mechanically...the car has NO brakes...I haven't had time to check into it, could be as simple as needing fluid. Car will probably need to be transported which is the oblgation of the buyer. Sunroof seals are good and don't leak at all. Headlights function fine up and down...driver side in photo is due to ice blockage from when I bought it, and now the battery is dead. The butt-ugly aftermarket louvers come off easily and all glass is in great shape. Interior needs help but nothing that can't be addressed affordably. I would like to see this car go to a good home and be restored as it has huge potential! I've re-built other Porsches and can honestly say that I really wish I could do it myself, however I need money now and am reluctantly giving up this car for sale. If the successful bidder would like to part it out, so be it....If you know anything about the parts for these cars and what they cost, I would understand. That is not an option for me as I need to sell now. Car is for sale locally so auction may end early. I have a clean Nebraska title for the car.
