Vehicle Detail
I have decided to sell my 1965 Mustang Coupe. I bought this car years ago with the intention of restoring but I have recently decided that I will never get around to it so here's your chance to have a rare car that is a good investment and if you have followed the prices of the K code mustangs you see that they are very valuable. As you see it is a project car, the original driveline parts (engine, trans and rear end) are long gone, what remains is a rolling chassis. The car was bought by me in the condition, I bought it off of a professional body man so the work that has been done has been done well. It is a rust free rolling chassis, the floors, quarters, door skins, cowl, radiator support have all been replaced and the body lines look very nice. The car has been sandblasted so there is nothing to hide, the previous owner had it sandblasted and informed me the original exterior color was white with red interior, no exterior paint remains but the dash is red, no bondo or patches are to be seen. Then hood and fenders are used parts with no rust that I can see. I have boxes of parts that go along with this car so you should have most of what you would need to put it together. It has factory disc brakes, it is a factory GT (the fog light switch is in the perfect location and I have the original radiator support with the wiring holes that are correct) I do not have the door tag, the previous owner couldn't locate it. I also have if you're interested a "C" code automatic car that a tree fell across the roof that could go along as a parts car it is complete and reasonable priced if you would want it. As I said it is a rolling chassis, a ford 8 inch rear end is under it now, I also have recently put on some old American Racing Aluminum wheels with new tires so I could move it around. This car is also for sale locally, I reserve the right to end the auction early if needed. Please ask questions about the car before you bid, I will be willing to assist you with any shipping details, loading, etc., however you will be responsible for picking up the car.
