Here is a no reserve original owner 1986 Dodge B150 Royal 8-passenger full-size van. Was bought new at Spring Mall Dodge of Springfield, VA. in May of 1986. This was the top-of-the-line model for Dodge at the time. Van is a daily driver with current PA inspection and tags. A new Dodge 318 cu in V8 was installed at 82,496 miles. The original A727 3-speed automatic transmission was overhauled at 151,287 miles. Comes with 35-gallon fuel tank, sliding side door, full-size rear door, upgraded aluminum wheels, power steering, tilt steering wheel, air conditioning, intermittant wipers, cruise control, power convenience package and 3.2 ratio anti-spin differential. It has had recent brake work, radiator replacement, freeze plug replacement, exhaust work, water pump, battery, hoses and clamps, tune-up and oil changes. Vehicle runs well and tranny shifts good. Has dealer-installed trailer hitch receiver and wiring kit. Exterior has dent on rear door, some areas of worn-off paint on the front and some vandalism scratches (see pix). Could use a paint job. Glass is all good. Side and rear windows pop open for extra ventilation. 2 rear seats in great condition. Headliner and cabin lights good. Carpet is a little worn and should be replaced. Drivers seat needs recovered. Front passenger seat is pretty good with a few splits in it. Has all seat belts installed. Dash is decent. Has AM/FM/Cassette stereo with working clock. Cruise control works great. Has air conditioning but needs to be recharged. Heater blower working but not a lot of heat comes out. May be a stuck-open thermostat or blocked-up heater hose. Not sure. Does not use much oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid or tranny fluid. Does have gradual coolant leak which I think is around a freeze plug up under the front of the engine somewhere. Engine could use a good cleaning. Tires and brakes are good. Has spare tire and jack. Wipers working but intermittant setting sometimes works right and sometimes operates as low speed constant setting. Comes with original owners manual, window sticker, dealer and factory docs, original purchase docs, maintenence records, Haynes Workshop manual, original Dodge Maintenence Folio and engine replacement documents. This van has been well-maintained and is like a family member. Still driven and enjoyed regularly. Makes a good work van or people-hauler. Can be picked up in Bedford, PA. We are not too far from Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington DC, Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Cleveland. Just off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in southcentral PA. Van has been described as accurately as we can by the owners and daily operators of the vehicle.
