1972 Honda CL

Up for auction is a classic 1972 Honda CL-100 motorcycle. I purchased this bike about 3 years ago with the intention of completely restoring it, but like so many others, I could not find the time. Now my wife is bugging me about it so I need to give it up to someone who might actually have the time to fix it up. It ran well last year, but I did not drain the tank and let it sit for many months - now it does not start. I am guessing the carb is clogged and needs cleaning. ALL LIGHTS WORK INCLUDING TURN SIGNALS. The speedometer works. Even the horn works! Brakes work. Tires are in good shape. When I first bought it my mechanic friend tested the compression and said it was fine. The inside of the gas tank is rusty but it did not seem to be a problem the last couple of years. There is a small tear in the side of the seat, but overall the seat is excellent. I put a new battery in 2 years ago. It is a fun bike to ride. I have a clean GA Title. I would prefer local pickup, with I will entertain shipping (at your expense and arrangement) or delivery for a reasonable fee. This motorcycle is sold as is with no warranty of any kind.
