What a great name for a truck, “SUNDOWNER”. I believe Ford also had a truck very similar to this, which they called it the Ford Courier. This Mazda only has 58000 ORIGINAL MILES, and it runs PERFECT! It still has the original motor, which is the 4 cylinder, 2.0 liter, mated to a five speed manual transmission. The clutch feels great, and shifts nice and smooth. The motor is quiet, and does not leak, or burn any oil. The body is nice too, and the bed is PERFECT! It does however have some rust by the top of the drivers side fender, near the windshield. Now keep in mind, these trucks rotted away when they were just two years old. I myself, cannot believe how this Mazda survived so well after all of these years… It still wears its ORIGINAL PAINT, which is a little dull, but I believe it could be rubbed out again. It will need a set of new tires, but it is still driveable… They do have some tread on them, but they are a little dry rotted. The floorboards are also PERFECT, and the interior is in very nice shape! Don’t let this COOL MAZDA B2000 pass you by!!!! These are getting very difficult to find, and believe it or not, I can’t remember the last time I seen one of these trucks on the road. This Mazda is very ADULT OWNED, and VERY UNMOLESTED!!!!!!
