Welcome to my newest auction. I've never done this but this time I'm selling my car. If you check my history you will see that Im not a dealer and never sold cars. Usually I sell electronics or things around the house. I would like to say few things before I go into actual vehicle details. I know how stressful and complicated a process of buying a car can get, that is why i will be as thorough as I can and will advise you to contact me with any questions or concerns before you buy this car. BMW is not a cheap vehicle and you should ask me any questions you would like. I remember how stressful I was and how unsure I was about this big purchase myself. I would be happy to allow you to come and inspect this vehicle with the mechanic of your choice (I'm willing to drive short distance to ease your mind, but I will not drive for an hour just so you can inspect it) You are welcome to come and inspect this vehicle, I have no issues with that. Let me tell you about this vehicle and how i got to own it: I had an accident about 3 months ago with my TOYOTA camry and my car was totaled. I needed a new vehicle, so I decided to get either BMW X5 or Volvo XC90. I saw this particular BMW X5 on the internet in OHIO, fell in love, called the dealer, drove to OHIO from New York on saturday with my brother, picked the vehicle up, and drove back the same day. They gave me CARFAX report, assured me that vehicle was in PERFECT condition and that was that. It was a big decision buying this car and now I think I might of rushed into it. The car is great, I mean it is beyond great for me, it looks great, drives great, smells great. The problem is that my income is not at a level where I can care for this car without sacrificing some other interests of my family. I 've been driving the car for about 2 months now ( still driving it as of today and will drive it up until I actually sell it). This car is a precise and beautifully engineered German piece of art. It drives great, smooth shifting transmission, sporty ride, with available SPORT PERFORMANCE shift. All you do is just shift to Sport Mode and the car drives and feels like a cougar that just escaped from the cage. This car is for people who appreciate driving and performance. Now, please read the following paragraph with great attention, I will try to tell you everything there is not know about this car (what I know and what my mechanic has told me) The car is 2003 4.6 is X5 with automatic transmission and SPORT mode. The sport mode increases performance and allows the car to accelerate and perform at higher horses and rpm. The Carfax shows 1 Owner vehicle, and shows that this BMW was very well taken care of at BMW dealership (one of the reasons i bought this car) Exterior:It is black exterior and virtually like NEW, I mean if you look at this car, it looks like it was kept in garage, that is how clean it is. Nevertheless, its 2003 and there are few things I would like to point out. 1) on the passenger side mirror there is a scratch (photo included) 2)right under the rear light on the passenger side there is a tiny scratch (picture included) and on the front side of the hood, there are some small, microscopic dots (picture included) Some people would not even see these unless I told them. If this vehicle was dealer, they would not even tell you this, because you probably would not notice these, unless you look very very closely. 4.6is comes with the factory body kit, it differs from other X5 with bigger tires, the front and back bumper kit, rear parking sensors, and fendor trim. Look at all the pictures, and if you want some specific pictures of specific parts of this vehicle just email me and i will email them to you. Interior: You might think Im lying but Im not, the interior is actually PERFECTLY new. When I bought this car I did not understand how a 2003 car could be so fresh with that BMW fresh new car smell. Now I know, after buying this car, I have washed it 4 times (myself, at the house) Cleaned the interior probably 6 times ( i bought leather cleaner, glass cleaner, wipes.....its clean) look at pics. Interior has black leather, none of the seats have holes, rips or anything, its better than any leather sofa in the house. ALL the buttons (window, door, seat heater, ac, heat, pdc, climate, navigation, control check, memory sit, ALL the buttons are working. Only, there is this one button, that when you press, both mirrors fold in when you parked, well the driver side does not fold in, the passenger does). ENGINE AND MECHANICS: When I came back to new york with this BMW, i showed it to my mechanic right away to make sure it is fine. He told me from the engine and transmission point the car is perfect, it checked out 100% great condition. I did oil change, and that is it. Now, he did advise me that the tires will soon need to be changed and the brakes as well. He also pointed out that in these cars the spark plugs should be changed periodically as well, and I have not done that yet. Once i saw few drops of antifreeze in my driveway, so I showed it to my mechanic again. He told me that I might of put excess antifreeze and that was the reason. He looked but could not find anything wrong. Now, I hooked MP3 connection to the in dash system. So now, the CD changed is not plugged, instead I listen to my Ipod in the car. The radio and casette are working fine. You can disconnect MP3 connection and hook the CD player back up. It has a moonroof, roof racks. Navigation works fine, but when you drive for extended periods of time, it sometimes goes blank for few minutes. I think when they connected the MP3 wires, they might of touched something. But it works fine, I used the Navigation just today when I was coming back from Queens to Long Island. Once again it is something that I'm sharing with you. You might drive this can and the screen will never go blank, so maybe I should not tell you this info at all, but I want to touch upon it. This is what I have in my mind that I wanted to share, if I see something tomorrow when I drive that car to work, I will update this listing and you will be able to see what I updated. Im putting pictures and once again email me with any questions. This car should not give you any problems at all, it has not given me any. But it is used vehicle, and my part is to tell you about the car, and it should last you a long time, if you perform required maintenance. The reason I want to sell this vehicle is because of the fact of maintenance, premium fuel, and the fact that I have to pay off my bills. The car has OHIO title, the one given to me by the dealer. It is clear title, with no liens or anything. They gave me CARFAX report, i took pictures and posted the CARFAX pictures as well. Good luck with bidding and to eventual buyer, enjoy this beautiful vehicle that I am very unhappy about selling. It is great. I just uploaded pictures and realized Ebay allows only 24 pics. There is $500 deposit due withing 48 hours, once you pay the deposit you are obliged to purchase the vehicle, if not I will keep your $500 and re-list the car on Ebay.
