Up for auction is my clean F450 Repo Truck. I am going to TRY to list everything that I have done to this truck and all of the options to the best of my memory; however, I am sure I will forget to list EVERY last detail. The truck itself is a 1997 Ford PowerStroke Turbo Diesel. The ONLY reason I am selling it is because I have just got a new truck. The truck is SOLID with NO RUST or rot on it in any place, top-to-bottom. The truck is showing 222,365 miles on it; however, the motor is a Jasper rebuilt unit with around 65,000 miles on it. The auto trans has also been replaced with a built Cooks Towing Unit and has around 50,000 miles on it. The Dana 80 Disc Brake rearend was rebuilt at the same time By Israel Automotive; It had all new bearings, seals, and ring & pinion installed. The charging system (alternator, starter) was replaced 1.5 years ago; both batteries are 6 months old Interstate Heavy Duty brand!!! The Body is a Jerr-Dann Aluminum Body with one tool box on the driver side. It has the Wheel Lift (model # EPG35) with a 7500lb tow rating & 3500 wheel lift rating. This is a HEVY DUTY UNIT!!! All the lights (strobe, brake, turn, work, cab, back-up, etc) are only about 3 months old and work perfect!!! This unit also has a single Ramsey Winch with new 3/8 inch cable replaced 2 months ago. The bed has controls on both sides at the back; but after I had a crazy person try to "get his car back" himself, I removed the knobs and just use the inside hand held control box. The wheel lift itself has been fully rebuilt about 6 month ago. This included new bushings, pins, L-arms, D-hooks, AND wear pads. The front end was rebuilt 2 years ago and included new struts, king pins, bushings, etc. This unit Just had ALL new brakes (calipers, rotors, pads) installed and has less than 5000 miles on them!!! All 6 tires are almost new with 90% tread left. The rear shocks was replaced 6 months ago with Monroe Tow Master heavy duty replacements. At the same time, we had the rear leaf springs sent to Carolina Spring and rearched to new specs. We gave this truck the "Blacked-Out" treatment and painted the wheels, bumper, grill, an all trim with Industrial Grade, Semi Gloss, Black paint. I then put on a set of plastic "Bullet HolIes" than can easily be peeled off. just gives the truck that "Bad Boy" image!!! The interior is in like-new condition also. All the windows, locks, Heater/AC, PS, PB, ect.; work as they should. There is also a included 7 inch flat screen back-up/viewing camera installed. This can be turned on at any time. I leave it on while towing/repoing so that I can see the vehicle while in tow & while Im in the process of "Snatching" up the vehicle. A new Fire extinguisher is also included. This truck has the (easy-to-clean) plastic flooring too, instead of the carpet. The seat has been replaced before i bought this truck and is in like-new condition with no tears, burns, holes, of any kind. This truck does NOT have any kind of cd player or radio. Other noted items are: New exhaust (sprayed with black hi-heat paint), Locking gas cap, K&N air filter, one year old brake booster & Master Cyl. The ONLY noted problem with this truck is Damage to the tool box area. (Please see Pic). I had a man bump into me at the gas station. Instead of having the truck down for a week at the body shop, I installed a piece of Diamond Plate Aluminum for the tool box door. It works perfect. This damage is hard to see unless you are looking for it. I am going to include a used set of tire straps (No car Dollies are included) so that you can tow your car home too!!! If you decide to Fly-&-Drive, I will even pick you up from the local airport!!! I am also going to include 2 books I bought when I opened my Repo Business (one on Repoing and one on Skip Tracing) that tells you all of the secrets on how to get started and MAKE MONEY!!!!!
