Vehicle Detail
This is a true 1964 Impala Super Sport. Had a complete frame on restoration done two years ago. It has a Chevy small block 350 engine with a TH350 three speed transmission, both recently rebuilt. I've driven this car several hundred miles at a time (even through the desert and 100+ degrees) with no problems. Has a brand new waterpump, starter, hoses, spark plugs, wires, Pertronix Flame Thrower HEI ignition, and recently serviced the radiator. Always garage kept. There is NO surface rust or any other rust underneath the car at all. This Impala was built in the Los Angles plant and has always been a California car. It has two small bubbles above each rear wheel on the quarter panel and a couple light chips. Other than that, the paint is meticulous. It is a beautiful Ford wedgewood blue. There is not another the same color anywhere. I get compliments everywhere I go. It is a factory a/c car, however it is not hooked up. Interior is flawless as well, although it could use a headliner. Even has the factory radio. It is also missing the two a/c vents. It has a Pioneer cd player with two Infinity 6x9's hidden discreetly under the rear deck, powered by an amp mounted behind the back seat. This is a turn key car, ready for the summer. Current CA tags and registration. I can also sell it with stock SS hubcaps if preferred. It is currently on 14x7 100 spoke wire wheels, with the spokes color matched to the car's paint, and brand new rare 5.20 x 14 whitewall tires. It has not been cut. So whether you want to make this a lowrider, or put on some billet wheels for the low rod look, or the stocks for a beautiful original classic, the choice is yours. With $2-3000, this car would be showroom ready. Also has air shocks in the rear for adjustable ride height. Thank you for looking. LOW reserve. On Apr-22-10 at 16:38:11 PDT, seller added the following information: I've added more pictures, and the door panels have been completed since the picture, and I've put in the original radio (as well as the aftermarket Pioneer stereo under the dash). The date is also incorrect, these were taken recently. On Apr-23-10 at 16:33:41 PDT, seller added the following information:Forgot to mention, the car has dual 2 1/4" exhaust with 30" glasspacks and new chrome tips exiting below the rear bumper. Sounds awesome. Also, every trim, bumpers, every single molding is either restored back to original or brand new! Bright chrome and flawless...
