This is a no reserve auction! This a 1986 Toyota 4X4 pickup with the rare Turbocharged 4cyl engine. Toyota only made these trucks for 2 years... The truck has had the timing chain done recently, valve adjustment, alternator, battery, Rebuilt original turbo by a reputable turbo shop (It has a warranty, and wasn't cheap),rebuilt injectors, muffler, oil change, etc. Truck runs great, but has a slight miss- vacuum leak? It starts right up and drives nice. Cruises smooth on the freeway, and around town. Truck has 155,000 original miles, and could use some body work and minor odds and ends, but It does not have any rust other than minor surface rust- see pic. (915)478-1698On Apr-21-10 at 22:08:47 PDT, seller added the following information: I replaced the cap, rotor, and plug wires today. It made a big difference. The only time the miss is noticeable is at idle, and above 3000RPM when the turbo is spooled up. If you drive normal, the miss is not present. While driving today, I noticed a puff of white smoke while decelerating-that normally means a leaky valve seal or seals. Truck is for sale locally. Auction may end at any time.
