Vehicle Detail
I purchased this truck on Ebay TWO years ago to use as a work truck. I drove the truck home about 100 miles when I bought it. I put a new Power steering pump in it and put headers on it. I also bought two exhaust pipes and mufflers but could only get one to fit under the truck (the other needs to be bent by a exhaust shop) The truck has 4 wheel Drive. The Snow plow system worked when I tested it when I bought it. The motor ran rough on the way home, but I found out the distributor was not tight and when I adjusted the timing and tightened it down the motor ran strong. As I was going to drive the truck into an exhaust shop to have the other pipe put on the transmission started slipping real bad, so I drove it home and parked it. It has sat in my yard for the past 2 years. The truck will not start now, and the snow plow is detached from it. If you buy this truck you will need to have a way to tow it and to haul the snow plow (it is a big snow plow so you will need a trailer or something, and a way to get it on the trailer). At this point I have given up on ever working on this truck, I just want to get rid of it and get it out of my yard. The truck has a lot of potential, but it will take work to get it running right, as I said the transmission probably needs rebuilt, and the truck will not start right now (electrical issue). Understand that you are buying this truck AS IS. This is not a vehicle for someone looking for a daily driver, it is for someone who needs a tough work truck, or a project. You will need to pick this truck up I will not deliver it, and it needs to be towed or put on a trailer. Feel free to ask questions.
