This is a 1995 Plymouth NEON seized during an investigation by the Milford Police Department (Delaware) in 2009. The vehicle was operable at the time it was seized and has been in impound for over 6 months. We asked the city mechanic to check the vehicle out and he reported that the brakes were seized and vehicle was unable to be moved. The vehicle has dents and scratches, the interior dash is damaged and the airbag has been removed from the steering wheel. The hood latch is broken (needs a new interior handle, cable appears intact) therefore we are unable to provide photos of the engine compartment. Tires are good, and if the brakes were operable it APPEARS as though the vehicle could be driven. Again, this vehicle has not been run since being impounded in 2009. The vehicle has a clear title and is sold with no reserve. Would make a nice project car or parts car. BEFORE ANYONE ASKS: The city is required to sell vehicles at auction, we cannot end the auction early to sell privately. The City does not offer financing, FULL payment is required within 10 days of end of auction. The vehicle is sold with no warranty expressed nor implied. Vehicle removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder
