2007 Volkswagen Passat 2.0T Wagon - Car has been owned by me since it was purchased as a 3 year old, certified-preowed from Rydel VW in Edison, NJ. It was used reliably as my wife's daily driver for many years. The engine runs great, but the transmission is in very bad condition. Overall the automobile drives well, but the transmission shifts very hard between lower gears and needs to be replaced. Also, the wiring harness in the front, driver side door is frayed, causing a side airbag warning light on the dash. The interior needs a good cleaning but is otherwise fully functional. The exterior has some dings and a couple fairly new rust spots, but not bad for its age. Its 17" Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires are in good shape.
