In the sun, the car's sparkles are amazing! A very impressive vehicle. I get non-stop complements. The sparkles are 3d holographic and are orange, purple, green, and yellow and are only seen in the sunshine. In the shade, the car seems to be just a regular little red Corvette - "RIP Prince." The car has Craiger wheels. The custom hatchback has a dark tint to it. This vehicle once had a luggage rack where the hatchback is now. Under the hood a 350 V8. New engine was put in right before I picked up the car in south Carolina 2 years ago. The new engine has about has 15,000 miles on it. A new radiator, fan, alternator, power steering fluid holder, brake fluid holder, windshield washing motor, air filter. The air conditioner does not work. The car needs a new one (Cost is about 800.00 installed - I already checked). I bought it that way (broken) seems whoever had the car before put the A/C on wrong (a quarter inch too far forward causing the belt to be crooked and melt and to seize up the A/C. The removable T-tops make things fun on a clear summer day. Inside the car:The 2 seats are a beige color vinyl - but don't look like vinyl, they look nice. The door panels show their age but looked fine enough for me. The T-tops are removable. Original window sticker is in car I think. Has manual seat forward and back adjustments, power windows, power trunk release, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, new single CD player and 2 new speakers behind seats, there is no spare as this year did not have one. I bought a flat tire repair kit for like 40 bucks (I keep it behind the seats) in case I get a flat. it comes with a can of flat-fix and an electric pump motor to blow up the tire. The car has one working power outlet that I used for a gps. Not sure if cigarette lighter works - I never tried it. car has one ash tray - never used - because I am a non-smoker. Has a new rug, Corvette Stingray custom floor-mats and a rear Corvette mat behind seats. Center leather armrest is between the front seats and and 2 homemade cup holders are on the emergency brake handle. The emergency brake was disabled and does not work. All gauges work except the clock. She starts right up in morning after I pump the gas pedal twice - then turn the key. Underneath the car: No leaks, 2 brand new front tires, back tires are fine as well. 4 new German Bilstein shocks, new pipes and dual mufflers,(Vrrrrooom, vrrrooom) all new rubbers, joints greased regularly, new composite 300 lb. main spring (see photo: replacing the 7 leaf metal spring) gives this car the best ride any corvette has ever had - says my mechanic who owns a body shop and has driven many. I agree: because when I first bought the car, every crack in the road felt like driving over the grand canyon. This car has a custom made hatchback trunk - see photo of it open. I bought it this way to use as a daily driver because it was functional for my needs (I needed a trunk) and it looks like it belongs there. If the car has more than 15 gallons of gas in it it will pour right out on to the floor (has an overfill tube underneath). So never put more than 15 gallons in the car. It is a 44 year old car and it has been driven with respect by me. This car is not brand new - but much of it is. You will never stop getting complements. All sales are final. If things break (or are not up to your standards) you'll have to improve them as I have been doing for the past 2 years. The price takes that into consideration. I spent 16, grand on this car - you can probably buy it for half that price - depending on how many people want an affordable Corvette Stingray. This car has been a faithful daily driver for the past 2 years since I have her. All sales are final.
