FEATURES: Seating for 6 with removable middle bench seat. Sleeping for 4. Sink, fresh water & gray water tanks. LP tank, 2 burner cooktop. 3 way fridge. Bamboo flooring in cabin. Yakima roof rack. Go Westy front cabin floor mats. I average 15-16 MPG using highest octane fuel available. Van has been a fun adventure vehicle. I use it as a daily driver, in addition to camping trips with (2) adults and (2) kids. Reconditioning & Repair List Mechanical:New Battery - Aug 2018 New front shocks - Aug 2018Replaced Radiator fan switch - Aug 2018Tie rods replaced - July 2018Instrument Cluster rebuilt - July 2018Engine Coolant temp gauge replaced- July 2018Transmission mount replaced - July 2018 AC Compressor replaced - May 2018 Transmission rebuilt - May 2018 Transmission cooler installed + transmission temp gauge - May 2018 Speedometer cable replaced - Nov 2017 House: All house lights changed to LED Rear headliner replaced. Rear cabin completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. House plumbing replaced and modified for increased storage. Replaced wood under sink, inspected and repaired all house wiring, stripped and painted all vinyl parts, insulated cabin with recycled denim. Replace Smoke/CO2 + LP Gas alarms Replaced sliding door lower roller. Pop-top struts replaced. Kitchen lid struts replace. 3 point shoulder belts for rear seats part on hand - not yet installed The Not So Good: Floor shifter is missing position indicator - I just look at the dash indicator. Stereo Antennae broken There is a 8"tear in pop-top canvas - forward window section. Back hatch is from a different van, small issue is sometimes the electric lock does not coordinate with the rest of the locks and has to be unlocked manually. LP works fine for the cooktop, I have not used LP for the fridge or furnace.
