You have already decided on the price you would like to pay for this vehicle based on the description, Auto check link and pictures listed above. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, We shall not be liable for any such cancelation for any reason. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions will be blocked or rejected automatically, unless agreed before hand. Bidder must be 18 years or older. At the end of auction, high bidder must contact seller within 24 hours to make arrangements for payment and pick up of vehicle, and complete the transaction (full payment and paperwork) within 7 days of auctions end. A $200 deposit must be made within 24 hours. If a deposit is not made within that time, AAA AUTO reserves the right to cancel the transaction. The deposit will be held by AAA AUTO to cover multiple expenses involved on delivering a sold vehicle if the transaction is not completed within the time agreed. If at delivery the customer is not satisfied and does not take delivery of the vehicle, in this case, the dealership will be more than satisfied to refund the customer's deposit. A $189 processing fee will be added to the final bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, shipping and handling of paperwork and title, airport pickup, up to 20 day storage, etc... This fee is a non refundable fee. You are welcome to come and pick the vehicle up as long as it is within 20 days. If more time is needed, there will be a $35 daily storage charge, unless other arrangements are made. If transaction is not completed within this time, the seller can apply for non- paying bidder and the item can be relisted or sold to the next highest bidder. We will also report to credit agencies as this is a legal binding contract, therefore, do not bid if you do not intend to pay for the item.
