2005 Chevrolet Impala, 195,000 miles, blue in color, power windows, power driver's seat, cruise control, AM/FM/CD player that works just fine, warm heater and the air conditioner works very well, but it is in need of a Freon infusion; we have one can that you can have with the vehicle if you buy it. It was recently tuned up in full and it has four brand-new, Continental tires which are included in the pictures. We are trying to get rid of this particular car as well as a relatively large load of other items to be sorted and posted in the near future due to the unexpected, untimely death of my older brother. My name is Matt Barnes and I'm doing this on behalf of my (computer-illiterate) father (Robert Barnes) hence the screen name/eBay ID. This is our first foray into the eBay world and it's been nice so far, save for the fact that two people, one of whom "bought," the car, not panning out or returning our calls save for one time. We have since dropped the price to significantly, from $1,000 to "Buy It Now," for $600 or trying your luck in the auction; I will however tell you straight up that the reserve is set at $400 and we are only doing a three-day auction. Anything less isn't monetarily viable and we could just take it to the scrapyard at that rate. We would much rather get the car to someone who needs and can use it for a fair, affordable price. Aside from an inconsequential cosmetic crack on the passenger's side dashboard vinyl there is only one thing wrong: That is the turn signal switch needs replaced; that is literally all that is wrong with the car. It's not completely non-functioning, but for some reason it doesn't work every single time. The car would otherwise have a Kelly Blue Book value of approximately $1,500-1,900 in terms of an individual resale, so it's still a very good deal. It's been a nice car and while it's not a Bentley or a Mercedes, it will get you to where you want to go and without any issues at that; we have never once been apprehensive about driving it to any place or in any weather/road conditions. We look foward to hearing from you and this will be a good, if not even great deal for someone just looking to purchase an everyday driver, a beater so to speak or even to buy a car and flip it for a quick profit if that's your think. We live just north (six miles, to be exact) of Martinsville, Indiana, 46151, conveniently located directly off of IN-Highway 37, which is soon to be I-69, 20 miles south of I-465 on Indianapolis' south side.
