Hello! Up for sale is my 2005 Mini Cooper Convertible. I got it through a good friend of mine as partial payment for work done in his bathroom a couple of years ago. The family and I had fun with it over the last two years but it sits in the garage more than we use it; I'd like to find her new home. The car has just over 105,000 miles, an average of about 8,000 miles per year. Other than a few small dings on the drivers side the body is extremely straight The interior is very clean other than a small tear on the drivers seat. The car runs perfectly, shifts smoothly and stops on a dime. The tires have about 60% tread left on aftermarket Enkei wheels. Brakes have about 50% left. A/C blows ice cold. The convertible top is in good condition and electrically opens and closes as it should. Everything else works as it should. Overall, for its age, it is in pretty good condition. Now for the not so good, but not terrible. First, it needs a windshield. Last August, I took the Mini on a trip to Florida, and on the way back a semi kicked up a rock and it caught the lower passenger side. If the car sells for my asking price, I will replace the windshield and get a new NYS inspection. The second is in the vehicle history report, which I have. My friend had a parking lot incident where someone backed into him and damaged the rear bumper, a police report was filed and the bumper was repaired.
