Vehicle Detail
I am selling one of my bikes from my collection. I collect vintage British Bikes like Triumph, BSA, Velocette, Norton, etc. The bike is 1973 Triumph Tiger 750 TR7RV. It's like a single carb version of the Bonneville. I bought this bike 9 yrs. ago. It was bone stock and in okay condition with about 13,000 miles on it. After a couple of years, I decided to turn it into a cafe racer/daily rider bike. Currently the odometer reads 14,677. The motor and gearbox were completely gone through and rebuilt. There are 728 miles on the fresh motor and gearbox. Everything works on the bike. It starts right up on the 2nd kick if it's been sitting and on the first kick if warm. Along the way, I replaced and upgraded many parts... Forks/seals, seat, stainless steel master cylinder, carb, air filter, handlebars, oil coiler, exhaust pipes.... Side covers & tail light to look more like the 1960’s Triumphs. All work was done by a Vintage British Bike Specialist. NOS or the best available parts we used. I converted to electronic ignition, but went back to the original points ignition and it runs much better. It’s quite fast. The bike has original engine/gearbox with all new internal parts. The motor is 750 cc ohv twin. It is a 5 speed with right foot shift. Front hydraulic disk brake and rear hub brake. Stops on a dime. The bike does not leak any fluids. Overall condition is very good. Has some scratches on the gas tank, not a big deal. Bike runs great.
