1972 VW Mug Bug. Rare. I was told there was less than 50 built for Pepsi. This VW was part of the Pepsi Mug Bug Promotion in the late 1990's. This one was restored by the Bug Stop in Pleasant Hill California. The car went to a Pepsi Dist in upstate NY then to a local restaurant for its weekly car shows. It has been sitting in a barn for 15 years. The carb has been rebuilt and is running. New hubcaps. New light bezel's. The interior and paint is just as we found it. The body is in good shape. The underneath of the car is also in good shape. The interior is how it was done for Pepsi. Please look at the pictures. The paint is from the late 1990s so it not a concourse. There is fade to the paint. Stereo does not work. There is a little picking under one of the stickers. Comes with a NYS transferable reg., NY does not have titles pre 1973. Sold as-is.
