" I am re-listing because I Lowered Reserve Price" 1968 Triumph T120 ... The engine and transmission underwent complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. Clear title. Recently presented at Detroit Autorama – David Mann Tribute Numbers matching machine. Approximately 100 breakin road miles to date since recent rebuild. ENGINE: Engine complete disassembled, cases degreased & glass bead blasted, all oilways cleaned, sludge trap cleaned, new bearings (engine drive bearings, rod bearings), new 9:1 pistons, new rings. - Cylinder head glass bead blasted, and rebuilt to factory specs including new valves, new valve guides (phosphor bronze), new springs. - Correct original carburation. Complete rebuild. - New air filters. - Correct pushrod tubes with correct seals and retaining rings. - During assembly all engine and transmission parts were properly pre-lubed with engine assembly lube. TRANSMISSION: Gearbox complete rebuild. - New clutch basket. - New drive chain. SUSPENSION: New hard-tail. - Wheels (18" rear, 19" front). - Front forks all new new seals. ELECTRICAL: New hand-made wiring harness. - Re-wired headlamp fitted with genuine Lucas lens. FUEL TANK: Correct 1968, costumed and -painted fuel tank by Dave Patritto.
