You are looking at a 1983 Mercedes 380SL roadster with an automatic transmission. This car runs , drives and looks good. You will find numerous small scratches consistent with age, the paint on the trunk is very thin but still shines. This car has no rust at all, and the body is free of any dents. The interior looks good with one small tear ( pictured ) on the top of the drivers seat. The dash board has a crack which is also pictured. This car appears to be pretty original with a great running engine, the miles are 175, 090 but the motor was allegedly rebuilt at 120,000 no receipts to prove this but I do believe it as it runs oh so well! The car shifts well & feels good going down the road. The inside handle under the dash to open the hood is broken, the hood opens buy pulling the cable with a small set of pliers. The car has a small oil leak and I can't determine where it's coming from, again it's a small leak. The upholstery around the top of the inside rear cargo area has come off, see the pictures. The car also has a soft top, the soft top has a slit on the right side rear and will need replaced or repaired. All in all this is a fun and clean mostly original roadster. I will need a $500.00 deposit via paypal right after purchase, not the next day or day after but right after you buy it. The balance can be paid in CASH, or if shipping the car we can do a bank to bank transfer. I will not take total payment through Paypal. If you are shipping the car, the cost is your responsibility.
