The body has very little rust and the engine runs wonderfully. The oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. As typical of the early AWD cars there developed a problem with the coordination between the transmission and the differential. I put in a new differential ($700) a few months ago. That helped some and the transmission repair place pulled the fuse connecting the two and it drives fine as a front wheel drive car. It has developed a leak of transmission fluid and it will cost hundreds of dollars to fix so I said "that's enough." There are other minor issues, the catalytic converter light is on and the emergency brake needs to be fixed. If you are mechanically adept this is a steal for you. It also has the cold weather package with heated seats, engine block connection to electric, 12 watt converters front and back inside.Payment (cash or bank Check) required on pickup of vehicle.
