Went there and bought the car from him without driving it and had a car carrier pick it up to bring it in to my place. Took the car out this morning to take pictures and the trans slips so bad I couldn’t believe it. Called the dealer and he said he told me so and I think I was bamboozled but when you wholesale and make a mistake, you eat it so I’m selling what I have. Just traded here is a gorgeous 2005 Nissan Frontier Nismo with four doors, four wheel drive, cold ac, full power windows, locks, tilt and cruise, moon roof, cd player, tow package and roof rack and a bad transmission. The truck slips out of gear under a load and you can drive it to California if you shift it manually from 1-2-3 and go without a problem. The motor is quiet and dry, the tires are in nice shape except the left front which is worn on the inside, the brakes are fine and the truck is tight. The body is in excellent shape with a small dent on the right front fender, a door ding on the drivers door and no rust at all either on it or under it and the original paint is in excellent shape. The truck oozes sex appeal. The interior is in nice shape showing no signs of heavy or commercial use, a split where the drivers seat belt rubs, nice carpets, dash and headliner and no bad smells. If you were looking for a four wheeler and the local dealers are asking big big money for this kind of truck, here is one you will have to fix and it will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-12PM. You can of course bring your own temp tags if you prefer. This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices. We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. “Prior to re-conditioning” Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. “0” feedback bidders should call or email prior to placing your bid We do not want to discourage you from bidding, only to verify that you are serious! Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time. This vehicle is being sold as is –where is with no warranty expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness or defects herein and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
