Vehicle Detail
Here we have a nice vehicle for you to repair. It is a 2010 FORD EXPLORER EDDIE BAUER 4X4. This was the last year for these great Body on frame Explorers. The ones you buy now are nothing more than a front wheel drive Taurus with SUV sheetmetal which is how the trend is going these days. However if you want a full frame and want to pull a camper, boat, etc and have the safety of a full frame then this was the last year available. As you can see it has some minor damage in the front end. It will need the driver side airbag, grille, bumper cover, hood, headlamp mounting panel, radiator support straightened or replaced and possibly the coolers although they are not leaking at this time but they might be bent. There is also a small dent on the right rear door. There might be a few other small items but this is what we can see. It does not appear to have any frame damage at all. It runs and drives like a new one and I even drove it a short distance on the highway with no problem. It is possible you could drive it home but it would be unsafe with the airbag deployed. It came out of Florida so it has not been in the salt till this Winter and is very clean underneath. It has like new tires and the interior is very clean as well. The vehicle has a repairable West Virginia Salvage Title. This is repairable in all states but will require an inspection by your Dept. of motor vehicles to get the title transferred into a Rebuilt title. Please look at the 24 pictures which will enlarge when you mouse over and click on them and e-mail with any questions and I will reply as quickly as possible. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Ted Davis
