Won’t Be Needing It… Up for sale is my grandmother’s very own 2005 Honda Civic LX sedan that she has decided to pass to a new owner as she is no longer in need of personal transportation at her assisted living home. She asked me to come pick it up, drive it home, and list the car just as it stands without cleaning, car wash, etc. as it was used and kept every day she had it. Here is a little about the car: She purchased the car on December 14th, 2007 from Honda of Princeton as a certified pre-owned car with 41,753. The car has been driven as-needed for 8 years this month accruing ~ 21k miles. All receipts from 2007 - forward are in my possession including every bit of service, the most recent being this past summer when an extensive visit to the shop completed the recommended service of the timing belt, water pump, airbag recall, front sway bar links, oil pump and oil pan gasket, front lower compliance bushings, primary and secondary oxygen sensors, and oil change. The car runs and drives just beautifully with no needed service after this extensive service was done and new Firestone tires. The interior is spotless with all options working properly including A/C and heat. She never smoked in the car. The exterior is in great shape with nice paint, no fading of the clear coat, one dent on the passenger front quarter, a small crease on the passenger front door, and a few key scratches on the trunk lid.
