1-Owner 530i… I purchased this car from the new car dealer where the original owners traded it in and drove it for the duration of summer and this is without a doubt the finest looking and running one I’ve driven in some time. In the glove box are the original books and carfax print out. Inside and out and mechanically, the car needs no explanation despite the couple extra miles. The 3.0L 6-cylinder is fast and fun to drive, the brakes are strong, the automatic transmission shifts perfectly and the step-tronic shifting works fine. The suspension rides firm and comfortable, the car was inspected last month with new PA stickers and the only light on the dash is the airbag light which is a sensor in the seat for the passenger occupancy which is a simple fix. The interior is excellent in all respects with no major wear and tear and perfect heated, power, memory seating. The headliner is tight and clean, trunk is immaculate, original mats are pristine with perfect carpets underneath and the original owners sure kept this one detailed up and shiny at all times. All the power options work including navigation, A/C, heat, heated steering wheel, and stereo and there are no bad odors and this one was certainly never smoked in. The body looks terrific with no major dents, no rust to be found anywhere and beautiful paint that shines nicely from every angle. A couple small dings and light scratches come with the extra miles on it and one scratch near the passenger rear light is the only mark on it to fault the body. The factory 17” wheels shine nice and have a nice set of matching Goodyear tires all around with 50% tread left. If you were looking for a high-end luxury full-size car that looks and runs like the original owner kept it its whole life, this one will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-12PM. You can of course bring your own temp tags if you prefer. It is mandatory that if you need plates you arrive within these business hours and bring with you your drivers license and your insurance card for your present car. Names, addresses and dates must be valid on both items. Wholesale to the Public We are wholesalers in the automobile business since 1949 and the mainstay of our business is to supply other dealers with vehicles that we have either traded or purchased in a wholesale capacity “as-is” with no warranties either expressed or implied. Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.
