Here we have a nice clean low mileage 2014 FORD F-150 SUPERCREW 4X4 to repair. It is a premium Pkg. XLT loaded with options including leather and the chrome pkg. It also has the new Ford 5.0 Liter V-8 with only 10,000 miles. The truck is hit in the front. It will need all the coolers, both headlamps, grille, radiator support, cooling fans, front bumper, hood, frame repairs or a new frame, a steering rack, front differential housing, front fenders, a windshield, door edges repaired, and it may have other items that we have missed. This is the last year for these trucks before Ford switched to the all aluminum body on the 2015 which is an uncertain future for problems. These are already proven and the market values are through the roof on a nice low mileage truck like this one. The 5.0 V-8 engine really hauls and still gets decent fuel mileage and these trucks ride and drive like a car. As you can see it will take a qualified shop to do the repairs since it does have frame damage. It will also need both front airbags and seat belt tensioners replaced. It has a West Virginia repairable Salvage Title. This is repairable in all states and will be treated like a regular title for registration after repairs are made and a DMV inspection is done in your state. All in all this is a pretty simple fix for a good body shop but is not for the back yard mechanic to fix.
