And now for something special…. Just traded, here is the nicest used luxury sedan to come along here in quite a while. This is a 2001 Mercedes Benz E-320 with 69k original miles on it and when you see it and drive you will be amazed at how some people can keep a car. Nothing at all to tell you about, the car runs absolutely perfect with no known problems, no warning lights, no squeaks, rattles or noises of any kind, the motor is dry as a bone and the trans shifts perfectly and I doubt that if you bought it you would find a penny to spend on it. The body is perfect….really, it’s perfect with no major dents or marks, no rust at all anywhere and the original paint is excellent even though the car is just as traded without a detail and I doubt you would even do that to it. The interior is in mint condition with no rips, tears or marks in the genuine leather, carpets are fresh and like new as is the dash and the headliner and a clean trunk. No signs of ever having been smoked in and clean enough to go to a wedding in just the way it is. If you were looking for a low mileage luxury sedan and didn’t want to pay what the local retail dealers are asking for this caliper of car, here is one of the nicer ones on ebay and it will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-2PM. You can of course bring your own temp tags if you prefer. Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.
