1957 CORVETTE BODY PROFESSIONALLY GRAFTED ON TO A 1984 CORVETTE My answer to help make a 1984 Corvette look good ! Get the "Looks" of a 1957 Corvette and the comfort and power of a 1984 Corvette. The windshield, Targa Top, Frame, and complete running gear are all from the Original 1984 Corvette. Rebuilt 350 ci engine 4 main caps (Block # 14010207), (Heads 333882), with cross fire fuel injection was rebuilt less than 9,000 miles ago. The transmission was rebuilt at the same time. I added a little horse power to the 350 with a new set of exhaust headers (see picturesENGINE RUNS STRONG AND SOUNDS STRONG. The '84 dash was removed and custom re-made in order to install a new Classic Guage Package and 1957 NOS Corvette dash items and Bezels. Check out the 1957 NOS radio speaker and speaker bezel, cigarette lighter, ignition switch, headlight and radio knobs, and the NOS '57 Corvette glove box mounted between the Custom (power) Bucket seats. Replaced the complete pinion steering. Everything is in good working order, Air Condition, Power Steering, Power Seats, Power Windows, Radio, New Breaks, New Custom Dual exhaust correctly exiting through NOS '57 chrome rear bumper exhaust ports. NOS '57 hubcap "spinners" added to chrome wheels, New tires, 275/40z R17 rear, 245/40z R17 front. MORE THAN $22,000 INVESTED IN NOS 1957 ORIGINAL CHROME TRIM AND MORE THAN $20,000 INVESTED IN BODY WORK.
