The engine has 160,448 miles and runs smooth and is very responsive. In my opinion, the 4.2 liter engine is one of the best that makes. The 4 speed transmission shifts through all gears as it should and the clutch is nice and tight. The four wheel drive engages as it should in both (4H/4L) and it comes with manual locking Aisin hubs. Four matching Goodyear Wrangler Radials. Front pads have plenty of life in them and the Landcruiser stops as it is suppose to. Landcruiser comes with original Toyota tool bag and jack along with all literature in photos. Best of all, this truck spent its life in Texas and the body has only minimal surface rust - an A+ compared to other models its age. I seek out these trucks all over the country and purchased this one for that exact reason. There are some scratches and dings in the body, as would be expected of any 30 year old vehicle, but the lack of rust and relatively low miles makes this a great opportunity to restore this into a true gem. In my opinion, this Landcruiser has plenty of life left in it and with minimal work, could be someone’s dream truck.
