The truck is really healthy and he has had a number of Dodge trucks of this era and this is a real good one. The 5.2liter V8 runs excellent, the 5-speed transmission shifts perfectly, clutch is strong and no pops, grinds, leaks or shakes to mention. The brakes are strong, front end is tight, no lights illuminated on the dash for concern and strong 4x4 in both high and low gear. The interior is very healthy with a near perfect bench seat with just a couple surface cracks on the arm rest and otherwise no abusive marks of any kind. Perfect carpets, nice dash and headliner, full functioning windows, locks, cruise, and stereo and cold A/C. The body looks excellent in what I would call Mopar blue that shines great from all around and only the roof has a bit of clear coat starting to peel. The truck sits up really nice on aftermarket wheels, a decent set of Continental LT285/75R16 tires that are useful through the summer and then you’ll throw on a new set, and the undercarriage is super clean. Normal rocker rust is nothing out of the ordinary for an all-original American but very minimal for most of them out there and the undercarriage is super clean with no bad rust whatsoever. There’s a good bed liner too. The truck’s been through the shop with a basic tune-up and is ready to hit the road with no mechanical issues and you’ll love how it looks inside and out.
