Up for sale is my 1978 Honda civic,cvcc wagon. in good original condition with only 80780 original miles, I purchased it several months ago from a good friend that bought the car new in southern California and was kept at his vacation home in northern California and very seldom used. the paint is all original and in good condition with the original pin striping. It has about a half dozen very minor door ding type dings with one on the top of the left side of the rear hatch that was done by a large pine cone, please see picture of it. the car has Zero rust anywhere and has always been garaged. the interior is in very nice condition and original except the bottom of the driver seat has been reupholstered.the carpet is in very good condition and still has the factory rubber mats with the Honda logo. it has no AC. the original am-fm 8 track radio still works but the 8 track plays slow. everything works, horn, wipers,all lights, heater etc. the transmission is a 4 speed manual and the clutch and trans are in excellent condition. the engine runs very good and always runs cool. It has a manual choke and requires a couple minutes to warm up when its been sitting overnight. recently it has received a rebuilt head, vacuum advance, battery,alternator,brakes,tires, and a fresh rebuilt carburetor.It has never had to be smog tested in California because of the location of the car did not require it to be smog tested. CALIFORNIA BUYERS!! I have not had a smog test done and it will be the new buyers obligation to have it smog tested. I will not be responsible for whether or not the car passes smog. it is all completely stock with no modifications and runs very good.the original jack and accessories are under the passenger seat as they came from the factory. THIS CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY, it has a clear California title in the original owners name and signed off for new buyer.it has current registration good until Sept. 2015 and still retains its original Blue California license plates from 1978.
