For Sale is a 2007 Ford F-450 Tow Truck. It has the Vulcan 810 Fiberglass Body which works 100% as it should. The truck has 148k Miles on it and Runs and Drives Excellent. I purchased this truck with 112k Miles From Lynch Truck Center in Chicago about 2 1/2 years ago. The truck has been nothing shy of Perfect the entire time I've owned it. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere and don't really believe the fears of the 6.0 after owning this truck. I am selling it because I am getting out of the business but this is the perfect starter truck if you are getting into the towing and recovery business, as it was a perfect starter truck for us! The truck is 2wd but I've never gotten stuck as it has a lot of weight in the back. I've used it 2 winters without any issues with traction at all. The truck has never let me down or stranded and has always been able to perform any job I've needed it to. I've kept up with maintenance meticulously which I think is the reason I haven't had any issues. The previous owner was just about as meticulous as I have been and I think it is key to having a long lasting 6.0 Powerstroke. The truck is in overall excellent condition for being a work truck. I've taken very good care of cleaning and washing it as well and it shows. The paint shines great and there aren't many defects aside from a few dings in the door which were there when I purchased it. The drivers side seat has a couple slight rips in it which is common on these trucks due to thin fabric used. The truck has an ABS light on the dash which was for a bad ABS sensor on the drivers side rear wheel. I replaced the sensor and the truck is fine but the code needs to be cleared by the dealership, which I never got around to doing. The truck has newer tires (about a year old) all around which were some of the best tires available for the truck the time I bought them. We also put new rotors and pads all around the same time the tires were replaced. The truck starts right up with 0 issues and doesn't smoke or hesitate to start. It has a block heater wired up for the winter which helps start the truck as well. The truck comes with "In The Ditch Speed Dollies" for AWD cars which have been a lifesaver for us in the past. It also comes with GoJacks which may need to be rebuilt has they have seen quite a bit of work. It also comes with 2 Vulcan Heavy Duty Straps, A spare Wheel and Tire for The Dollies, and a few other items that will help you in the business. It comes with a heavy duty working winch as well and a Rear View Back Up Camera (Very Helpful). There are some LED Reverse lights wired up as well to help with backing up at night and also assists with the back up camera at night. The truck has HIDs and LED marker lights in the front and 5% tint on the side windows, 20% tint on the back window, and 35% tint on the front windshield. The truck is a work truck and rides like a tow truck. It is ready to go to work ASAP and ready to make you money! The truck is Sold As-Is. I lifted the Dually up to show that the Boom has excellent strength and I tried to take pictures of the truck performing a "90 Degree Pick Up" which is a key feature of the Vulcan 810.
