Up for sale is my 1980 Dodge Ram D150 1/2 ton pickup with only 54,000 original miles and had been in storage for many years. I am the second owner and the truck has been in California it entire life and has been very well cared for.it has Zero Rust. the truck is all original Paint in good condition withe the exception of a few minor nicks and scrapes (please look closely at pictures). the chrome and trim is in very nice condition. the bed has had a bed liner in it since day 1 and is in great shape as is the tail gate. all glass is perfect. the interior is all original and in excellent condition except for the edge of the seat on drivers side.it is radio delete, all gauges and lights work as they should. it needs a new heater core due to being in storage for many years. air conditioning blows cool but not cold, will need charge. it has power steering and power Disc brakes. the motor is the 225 straight 6 cyl, transmission is a 4 speed manual trans, 4th gear is overdrive. in the last year and about 300 miles it has received a new radiator,water pump, belts,hoses, battery,distributor,muffler,brakes and calipers,carburetor professionally rebuilt,etc. etc. I have tried to get it to pass California emissions test 3 time and it has failed but was close to passing. (look at inspection sheet) the only thing I haven't done is to replace the catalytic converter. the truck runs excellent, no smoke what so ever. exhaust smells clean as can be. I have given up and decided to sell it preferable out of California where we have the ridiculous smog standards all the way back to 1975. The truck is being sold with a clear California title in my name registered on a planned none operation. not currently registered for 2015 it doe's still retain its original California blue license plates from 1980, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SMOG TESTS. IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS.. Again I will say I would prefer the truck be sold to someone out of California where they don't have to worry about passing a smog test on a vehicle 35 years old.
